For us, ANZAC Day is a time when we remember the Aussies and Kiwis who have contributed and suffered in the line of duty. In the past, during times of war, the simple doughnut became a symbol of all those who were doing what they could to ease the hardships of the front line fighting men and women. Doughnuts may not be saving lives, but they are here to give small moments of joy. And that is something we can totally get behind!
So, if you have served on behalf of our country, we want to invite you to proudly wear your medals tomorrow when visiting Doughheads and receive a doughnut on the house! It's a small way we can say thank you for all you have done and continue to go through.
Our limited edition Anzac Bikkie Doughnut will be available exclusively on 25.4.23 and trust us when we say this is one you donut want to miss out on! Filled with honeycomb custard, dipped in golden syrup icing and topped with buttercream and a slice of house made anzac biscuit.
We will also be serving our regular menu of fresh doughnuts, house made gelato, shakes and delicious coffee. Open 8am - 2pm and can’t wait to see you!
